Navigating Certifications

This page provides the latest approved certifications for proprietary products used among local agencies in FDOT District 5. Sort by any of the columns by clicking the appropriate header.

Select the download icon to access to the certification document.

Download a blank certification form using the download button at the top right.

Managing Certifications

Permitted users are able to login using their District 5 TSM&O credentials. Once authenticated, they may manage records and certifications using form controls. Changes are permanent and visible to all users.

Select the add icon to add a new record.

Select the upload icon to access to add a document to a record.

Select the trash icon to delete the current document.

Select the checkmark to commit any changes made to the record columns

Select the cancel icon to cancel changes in-progress.
